PPH Masterpol Sp. z.o.o., with its head office in Poznań, is a company run since 1992 whose principal subject of activity is sales service including selection of hydraulic components, machine parts, specialistic implements, industrial fittings and steel tape elements.
We aim to associate our company with professional and efficient delivery of our products which meet our clients' requirements.
According to the Quality Management System (i.e. EN ISO 9001:2000 standard) we continue to improve our company's activity by realising the following quality aims:
- keeping the reliable supplier status;
- keeping our customers' needs and expectations satisfied.
We pursue our aims by:
- continuously improving Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 standard;
- improving staff qualifications;
- abiding by legal requirements obligatory for our company;
- full commitment in realising agreed aims and providing constant availability of the products;
- developing the range of our services;
- verifying our deliveries and qualifying deliverers, products and services;
- monitoring, measuring pursued processes along with current analysis of customers' satisfaction.
We believe to achieve our aims due to our full commitment in improving the company's quality.
